What each card on /dashboard shows — getting-started steps, resume, recent projects, unsaved work, quick launch, usage, and activity.
The dashboard at /dashboard is the signed-in home for your workspace. It appears as Dashboard in the header once you are signed in; guests are redirected to sign in.
It is a summary, not a separate place to work: every card links back to a tool, the projects page, or your account.

The top of the page greets you by name and counts your saved projects and pinned tools. Your plan shows alongside it (for example Free plan or Pro). If you are over your project limit, the greeting says so and points you at freeing up space or upgrading — see Projects & saving.
The head of the left column is owned by one card at a time, depending on where your account is:
| Your situation | Card at the top |
|---|---|
| Email not verified yet | Getting started — verify your email |
| Verified, and unsaved work is being moved to the cloud | Cloud saving — progress of that move |
| Free plan, verified, no saved projects | Getting started — "Your workspace is ready" |
| You have saved projects | Resume — your most recently updated project |
| Paid plan, nothing saved yet | No projects yet — open a tool and save |
A three-step rail: Account created → Verify your email → Save projects to the cloud. The card changes with your state:
If you have saved projects, the getting-started card stacks above the Resume card rather than replacing it, so you never lose the resend and recheck controls.
Your most recently updated saved project, with a Resume button that opens it in its tool and an Open a different tool link.
Work that exists only in this browser (see Save status & unsaved work). The dashboard shows up to five entries with Continue and Delete; See all goes to the projects page. Each row shows a state such as Stored on this device, Saving…, Not saved yet — we'll retry automatically, or Kept on this device — project limit reached.
If a piece of unsaved work belongs to a tool that is no longer available, a notice says how many items stay on this device for that reason.
Your five most recently updated saved projects, each opening in its tool. A Locked badge marks projects that are over your plan's limit. All projects goes to /projects.
Three shelves of tools:
A tool your plan does not include shows Upgrade to open instead of Open.
Your Projects quota as a progress bar — used out of your plan's limit (3 on Free, 15 on Pro), with an Upgrade link on Free. If you are over the limit, the card says how many projects are locked and offers Manage projects.
Quotas that are unlimited on your plan (such as server-side exports on Pro) are not shown. The same numbers appear on /billing.
On the Free plan with a verified email, an upgrade card offers Start 7-day trial (or See pricing while paid plans are not open). It is not shown while your email is unverified — that step comes first — and never on a paid plan.
Your three latest notifications — the same items as the bell in the header and the /notifications page. View all opens that page. When there is nothing new it reads "You're all caught up".
